One Community Working Together
SCOTSWOOD CENTRE UPDATE
12th October 2017.
Scotswood Centre has been through a restructure and is now excited to be moving forward with the support of new Trustees, staff members and Community panel representation. At this time, we'd like to thank all of the amazing individuals who helped paint, organise cupboards and support the delivery of activities.
We are currently open Monday-Thursday but will be increasing these hours after Christmas.
On 30th October at 16.30, the Centre will be hosting its annual general meeting (AGM).
Instead of a formal meeting, this will be a celebration event. The doors will be open to everyone who would like to learn more about what the Centre has to offer. We will also be sharing the initial results of our research.
Free activities will be available for all ages to take part and have fun together before having an evening meal. Book your place by calling or emailing.

Scotswood Area Streategy was founded in 1994 to support and reconnect the local community following the west end riots which destroyed property and trust. We have coordinated the spending of millions of pounds over 20 years and in 2015 are trading as the Scotswood Centre, with a mission to bring together all the new communities in the newly rebuilt Scotswood.
